With over 37 years of experience, Robin Phelps knows the ins and outs of Persinger & Persinger, L.C. Robin is a native of Mingo County, West Virginia, and graduated from Burch High School in 1986. After graduation, she furthered her education at Southern West Virginia Community College. Outside of work, her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family and crafting.
