Howard M. Persinger, Jr.
BIO
For nearly 57 years, Howard M. Persinger Jr. has been a leader in the field of natural resource law. Howard’s experience in counseling clients has made him one of the region’s most respected attorneys. He began his law practice in his hometown of Williamson, West Virginia, and his work has been influential in the evolution of West Virginia’s energy industry. Practicing law since 1964, his various admissions include the U.S. Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and more.
In 2008, his son, Howard M. Persinger, III, joined the firm (Persinger & Persinger, L.C.) with specialties in litigation, personal injury, and natural resources law.
